Georgia's Office of the Child Advocate welcomes complaints and concerns from parents, grandparents, service providers, law enforcement, and concerned citizens regarding children who are or have been involved with our child protective and child welfare agencies.  We also welcome general inquiries and concerns regarding the work of our child-serving agencies.  If the Division of Family and Children Services is not yet involved and you need to make a referral of child abuse or neglect, please call 1-855-422-4453.

The Office of Child Advocate is not an emergency intervention service. If you are calling about a case in need of immediate action, call the DFCS Central Child Abuse Intake line. Reports are taken 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
