GACC will host a one-day training on the Dependency and TPR provisions of the new Juvenile Code, Monday, March 31, at the Blackburn Conference Center in midtown Atlanta. The training will offer a step-by-step analysis of the applicable code provisions for dependency practitioners, and attendees will receive a copy of the Dependency and TPR sections of GACC's Checklist Guide to the Georgia Juvenile Code. Six hours of CLE credit, including one hour of ethics, will be requested from the State Bar. Registration is $25.00 for GACC members and $125.00 for non-members (who will receive a complimentary one-year GACC/NACC membership). GACC will provide hotel rooms on Sunday night, March 30, for a limited number of members traveling more than 50 miles to attend the training. Rooms will be provided first come, first served.
